I wrote in November about social media affect in criminal, character and career. This month Austriala supreme court ruled that Facebook is an acceptable way to serve legal documents to defendants that could not be found. It’s kind of like your own virtual ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’.

I can’t wait to hear about the first person who gives their deposition via the ‘Deposition Super Wall’……..
